Fides is led by Eesh Aggarwal FCA, a UK Chartered Accountant with more than 30 years of professional experience. His career has included UK and international taxation, corporate structuring, trusts, accounting, compliance and cross-border advisory work.
Having lived and worked internationally since the 1990s and in Dubai since 2004, Eesh brings together UK professional training with extensive practical experience of international business and private client matters.

Cross-border issues rarely fit neatly within one country
Fides looks at the client’s overall position and, where specialist domestic advice is required in another jurisdiction, works alongside appropriate local advisers so that the wider international structure remains coordinated.

- When a Fides matter requires substantive UK tax work, the UK element may be referred to or coordinated with Appleby Windsor, subject to its engagement acceptance and the appropriate professional and regulatory arrangements.

- This allows the wider UAE and international position to remain coordinated while UK-specific work is handled through an appropriate UK practice.
